Health science is an interdisciplinary program that trains students in natural science and human biology. Students complete requirements that are essential for graduate programs in various allied health fields, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, public health, and physician assistant programs. Our program offers a broad exposure to biology, chemistry, psychology, and kinesiology, equipping you for a future career in the field of health. With Saint Mary’s small class sizes and discussion-driven courses, you’ll receive plenty of personalized attention to help meet your academic goals. You’ll have numerous opportunities to make discoveries alongside our world-renowned faculty or while studying abroad.

Get Hands-On Experience

Every student pursuing health science is encouraged to have some experience in health care field by working, doing internships or volunteer work in the field or try and gain some research experience on campus.
