Grad Grounds Site Locations
Meetings, Events and Conference Services will do our best to assign one of your top three preferred locations. Online Applications for Grad Grounds open at 8:00am on Tuesday, March 12th and close at 5:00pm on Thursday, March 21st (or sooner if all locations are reserved).
Locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis in order of receipt of the application form here, and they are confirmed after the required paperwork and payment has been received.
Grad Grounds location assignments will be released on on April 26, 2024.
Maps of each location assignment will be posted by May 1st. It is the graduate's responsibility to contact the caterers and/or vendor(s) with the confirmed location assignment.
