Retired People Pleasers

A supportive and inclusive space to recognize people-pleasing patterns and understand it's true meaning. Students will have the opportunity to explore where these habits come from, as well as how life experiences may have shaped them. 

This Collective Hour series offers effective methods and strategies for prioritizing your well being and over all mental health without guilt.

This Collective Hour is developed and will be facilitated by Social Justice Advocate, Ximena Amezcua. Supported and backed fully by the Intercultural Center.
