Bedford Palmer II Interviewed on Difference Between Sadness and Depression
Saint Mary's Professor and Chair of the Counseling Department Bedford Palmer II, PhD contributed recently to a Lifehacker story on how to tell the difference between sadness and depression. Palmer, who is a licensed psychologist, commented that sadness can be specific to a moment while depression can include sadness but also include other things that are happening.
