Welcome to the Office of Marketing and Communications

 

The Office of Marketing and Communications provides leadership for Saint Mary’s College on digital and print communications, media relations, social media, and more.

The Marketing and Communications team designs, edits, writes, and produces content across a variety of platforms, including the College website and Saint Mary’s Magazine. As creative communications leaders, we collaborate and strategize with the stakeholders in the Saint Mary’s mission to wisely use the many tools available to us to illustrate the quality of our academic programs, outstanding faculty, talented students and accomplished alumni. Through powerful messaging, visual language, print and digital media, we strive to communicate the strategic goals of the College and inspire others to be part of Saint Mary’s educational mission that can change lives and transform the world.

The department maintains the College’s overall visual identity, provides design consultation and strategic services, and produces video and photography that helps to promote and convey the Saint Mary’s experience in authentic, and compelling ways.

We’re responsible for developing and maintaining the college’s web presence, and provide expertise in content strategy, design, information architecture, and site usage statistics (analytics). With support from IT Services, our web team provides consultation and development services, support for the college’s web publishing platform (Salli), and training for faculty and staff.
