Enrollment Deposit

Secure your spot in the entering class by submitting an enrollment commitment form with your $300 (Tuition Only) or $650 (Tuition and Housing) nonrefundable enrollment deposit. Use the enrollment commitment form included in your acceptance packet or visit your student portal to enroll. Enrollment deposits must be received or postmarked by June 1st or within two weeks after the date of acceptance (whichever is later).

Receive your Get Ready Packet

About a week after you submit your enrollment deposit your official Saint Mary's login information will be uploaded to your portal, as well as, a few weeks later you will be sent your Get Ready Packet in the mail which also has this information. You will need your official login in order to complete things like applying for housing, registering for orientation, taking the Pre-Enrollment Questionaire, and more. If you are having any issues with your portal or login information, please contact the Admissions Office.

Financial Aid

To be guaranteed priority financial aid consideration, submit your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by March 1st. Financial aid award letters are typically mailed 3-4 weeks following your acceptance. Contact the Financial Aid Office with questions. For information about bills and payments, contact the Business Office.

New Student Orientation

During your orientation sessions, our faculty, staff, and current students share information to help you successfully transition into the Saint Mary’s community. 

Each session provides critical information to help you transition to Saint Mary's, including introducing you to our academic programs, connecting to resources and learning more about services available. Students and guests will all become better acquainted with campus resources and have opportunities to discuss the many facets of Saint Mary's life.

Housing & Dining

Saint Mary's strongly believes in the value of the on-campus residential experience for students and requires that first-year students live on campus. In order to register for housing, a $650 deposit must be submitted. Deposited students will receive their Saint Mary's College login and information explaining the housing application process. If you have a medical circumstance that you believe may impact your room assignment, please contact Student Disability Services. Contact Campus Housing with additional questions.

Final Transcripts

Your acceptance is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of any courses in progress. Please forward your final official transcript once it is available. If you anticipate a significant change in grades, notify the Admissions Office immediately.

Pre-Enrollment Questionnaire

After you have the attended your virtual orientation sessions, you will receive the Pre-Enrollment Questionnaire (PEQ) via email.

Our team of faculty facilitating pre-registration will place you in your schedule of fall classes based on your academic interests, prior college-level coursework (if any), placement tests, and program requirements. Don’t hold back when you complete the PEQ! Tell us everything you think will help us understand you as a student.
