Creative Writing Minor

Creative Writing Minor

This minor is designed for students of all majors who wish to explore their creative potential as writers.

As a Creative Writing minor, you’ll also have the opportunity to hone your own creative writing within a supportive workshop setting. You’ll have the opportunity to explore poetry, fiction, non-fiction, or drama. Additionally, each year the English department hosts a reading series featuring some of the country’s leading writers and provides time for students to interact with them personally.
