Service Desk
The Service Desk remains open. Our hours are:
Monday-Friday: 7:30am - 7:30pm
Saturday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Sunday: Closed

  • Submit a Ticket at the ITS Self-Service Portal. View the list of Service Request forms. If you don't know which form to use then submit a General Service Request form and it will be routed to the correct ITS department.

  • Location: Galileo Hall, Room 111 (if door is locked call the service desk and they will open the door if they are on campus).
    When visiting the Service Desk a face covering is required. Social distancing guidelines will also be implemented.
    IT Services is not accepting appointments in the IT Services Modular Building at this time.
