Support Groups & Group Therapy
CAPS offers support groups and group therapy led by our licensed staff. If a particular need arises on campus, we will organize a group for you.
Group therapy helps establish a sense of belonging and connection. It can help you attain your goals by providing caring, constructive feedback from members and trained facilitators. It's also a great way to receive long term support, as there's generally no session limit for group therapy.
