Explore Environmental Geology of the Parks (EES 420)

As emerging naturalists, students are exposed to both the physical processes that have shaped the parks and the environmental issues that both created a need to preserve the parks and affect the parks today. Students in this course visit national, state, and regional parks to experience topics such as restoration, natural hazards, land management and use, and their social and cultural implications.
