Forensics

Internship program for the U.S. Probation Office of the Northern District of California

Duties include assisting with and preparing sections of reports, conducting case reviews, working with unemployed offenders, and accompanying presentence investigators or supervision officers to court to observe court proceedings. This is an unpaid position. Positions are available in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, and Santa Rosa.

Summer Research Opportunity Program, hosted by the University of California Berkeley.

Berkeley Lab Undergraduate Research (BLUR)

This Berkeley Lab Program places students from 2 and 4-year institutions in paid internships in science, engineering, technical areas, and public administration. Participants work with scientists,  engineers, technicians, and STEM professionals on projects related to the Lab's research program.
