Tutor Request

Before scheduling an appointment, we ask that you read our policies and guidelines.

TASC tutoring is offered at the Center for Writing Across the Curriculum / Tutorial & Academic Skills Center located in De La Salle Hall 110, during business hours for all subjects. Summer tutoring may be offered online. 

• Appointments with tutors are scheduled via ConexED. Students must book appointments 24 hours in advance; same day appointments cannot be booked.
• Small group tutoring in a specific course may be requested. When the appointment is made in ConexED, the names of all the students in the group must be entered in the request form.
• If you cannot attend a booked tutoring session and need to cancel or reschedule, please call 925.631.4684. You can also cancel your appointment in the confirmation email you received for your tutoring session.
• Tutoring is intended to complement study efforts.
• Tutors only have tutoring sessions for Saint Mary's College courses; they cannot support students taking classes at other institutions.

If you are requesting a tutor, and your class schedule conflicts with the tutoring times, or you do not see your class listed, please email smctasc@stmarys-ca.edu and we will work to accommodate your request.
