Campus Climate Surveys

Saint Mary's College regularly conducts Campus Climate surveys with employees and students to better understand community experiences and to inform institutional and educational effectiveness efforts across the College.

The most recent Campus Climate Survey was completed in Spring 2025. This comprehensive, campus-wide assessment provides updated insights into areas of strength, areas for growth, and opportunities to advance equity, inclusion, and overall institutional well-being. The previous Campus Climate Survey was administered in Fall 2021, in collaboration with an external consultant who supported the development of a detailed survey instrument designed to assess key dimensions of institutional climate. Two summary documents from that administration are available:
