Retreats

Body

The busyness of daily life often makes it difficult to tune into the presence of the divine and to nurture our own spirits. Retreats offer a unique opportunity to quiet our minds, center ourselves around what matters most, reflect, share stories, and grow.

These retreats provide a space for all students to reflect, find balance, and build community—core aspects of the Saint Mary’s College experience. We invite students to take time for personal growth and spiritual exploration, regardless of faith tradition.

The Mission and Ministry Center offers non-faith-specific retreats that invite students to bring their own perspectives into the experience. These retreats are designed to support and respect each individual’s worldview, while offering opportunities for spiritual reflection and connection.
