Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar will be closed for in-person services on Thu. May 21, 2026, beginning at 12 PM and Fri. May 22, 2026, all day, due to Commencement activities.
Additionally, the Office of the Registrar will be out of office on Mon. May 25, 2026, in observance of Memorial Day.
Due to a planned campus-wide power outage, the Office of the Registrar will also be closed for in-person services on Tue. May 26, 2026, Wed. May 27, 2026, and Thu. May 28, 2026. During this period, we strongly recommend emailing all inquiries to registrar@stmarys-ca.edu in the event of any unforeseen phone service disruptions.
We will resume all in-person and phone services on Fri. May 29, 2026.
The Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar's mission is to advance the teaching and learning goals of the College by providing efficient and effective enrollment processes and exceptional service to students, faculty and staff members, parents and alumni.
Our office collaborates with faculty and staff in supporting students to meet their personal, academic, and professional goals. We maintain academic records, regulations and policies for the college and provide excellent service to all community members.
