Vocalist, Guitarist, and Composer, Ryan Ford ’22, will share a not-to-be-missed, uplifting and top-tapping senior recital featuring classical, jazz, and contemporary music. Repertoire includes Schubert Lieder, Bach/Gounod’s beloved Ave Maria, Jazz and Pop standards stylized after the Ink spots, Frank Sinatra, Chet Baker, and Daniel Caesar, and his own original songs backed up by a newly formed band of musician friends. The concert will conclude as the SMC Choir joins in to sing Z. Randall Stroope’s i carry your heart.

If you like stylistic variety, you'll love this senior vocal recital. Grace Bunting, ’22, will showcase an impressive range of works that will stir the soul and bring a smile. Repertoire includes treasured classical arias from Pergolesi’s La Serva Padrona and Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro, alongside spunky and heartfelt Broadway musical features from Brigadoon, The Wild Party, and Amelie. The SMC Choir will join her with a rousing version of Clean Bandits’ Rather Be, fashioned after the widely popular vocal group, Pentatonix.
