It is recommended that all SMC departments and offices implement a Virtual Service Window - a robust remote service access point for students and employees, with the goal of providing equal access to all department services, for all members of our community, whether they are working or studying remotely, or coming to campus.

During a time when in-person service on campus is not recommended, the Virtual Service Window can offer consistent and reliable access to support services across campus.
