Joseph L. Alioto Recreation Center

The Joseph L. Alioto Recreation Center is a highlight to campus life.  Managed by the Department of Campus Recreation, and open throughout the year, students will find many different fitness & wellness activities to fit their needs.

Under 18 years of age?  Parent/Guardian must sign the paper waiver and send by email to Mario: mvs8@stmarys-ca.edu

Hours of Operation

Pool Area Limited Availability& Closed Areas: The pool area will have a variety of team practices, and details for lane availability can be found on the JARC Pool Schedule Calendar or viewed on this website.

Limited Hours & Closure Dates

Sept 7 - Limited Hours - Labor Day
October 22 - 25 - Midterm Break
November 20 - 29 - Thanksgiving Week
December 11 - 17 - Finals Week
December 18 - Jan 3 Winter Break

Members and guests of the Joseph L. Alioto Recreation Center must adhere to facility policies as well as policies listed in the Saint Mary’s College Student Handbook, Saint Mary’s College Staff Handbook and/or Saint Mary’s College Faculty Handbook. Members or guests not abiding by policies are subject to removal from facility, suspension of membership and/or elimination of membership.
