Welcome to the Human Resources Advocate Reporting System.

Last updated 3/31/26. Please check back regularly for updates.

This platform is designed to provide a clear and supportive way to report employee relations concerns and incidents. We hope this system serves as a valuable tool to support faculty and staff in reporting workplace concerns.

This reporting option provides a respectful and secure avenue to raise concerns related to behavior, potential threats, or interpersonal violence, enabling the College to respond thoughtfully and with care for everyone involved.

Please Note: Confidentiality will be maintained to the greatest extent possible. Information shared will be handled with care and disclosed only on a need-to-know basis, in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and the College’s responsibility to respond appropriately to concerns. While every effort will be made to protect the privacy of all individuals involved, there may be circumstances where limited information must be shared in order to ensure safety, conduct a thorough review, or fulfill legal obligations.

Confidential vs. Anonymous Reporting

  • Confidential Reporting
Reports are handled with discretion and shared only with individuals who have a legitimate need to know in order to assess safety, provide support, and meet legal or institutional obligations. While absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances, the College makes every effort to protect privacy and limit information sharing.
  • Anonymous Reporting
Individuals may submit concerns without identifying themselves. Anonymous reports are reviewed and taken seriously; however, the College’s ability to fully assess the situation, provide follow-up, or take action may be limited without identifying information.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to use this resource to help maintain a workplace grounded in dignity, mutual respect, and shared responsibility for community well-being.
