At Saint Mary's College, we are committed to fostering a culture of growth, collaboration and continuous improvement. In support of this commitment, we're launching a formal Performance Management Program for all staff. This process is designed to provide meaningful feedback, recognize accomplishments, support professional development, and align individual contributions with the College's mission and strategic goals.
 
The annual performance review is a key part of this program. It reflects the ongoing dialogue between employees and supervisors throughout the year and serves as a structured opportunity to reflect, plan, and grow. Performance evaluations are a required part of employment and an important tool for building trust, strengthening communication, and supporting long-term success, both individually and institutionally.
 
We appreciate your active participation as we move forward together in building a stronger and more engaged community.

Paylocity: Login Information and Accessing Job Descriptions 

Only an employee can access their own job description in Paylocity, which should be attached to the Employee Self-Assessment Worksheet and Employee Goals Recommendations Worksheet when submitting to your manager. See below for Instructions:

  • Employee Submit Packet to Manager September 2, 2025 – September 14, 2025:

  • Employee Goal Recommendations Worksheet
  • Job Description 

 

PART 4:

Employee and Manager Meeting September 15, 2025 – October 17, 2025: Managers are required to meet one-on-one with their employees to review and discuss the completed worksheets.
