Performance Management Program

As part of the Saint Mary’s College Performance Management Program, the formal performance evaluation is a summary of the year-long communication between employees and supervisors. The University requires performance evaluations to take place on an annual basis as an employment requirement.

LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning is a professional development resource available to all current faculty, staff, and students and offers access to an extensive collection of online courses taught by instructors with real-world experience. Complete courses or individual videos on business, creative, and technology skills and experience learning tailored to you.
