The Resident Advisor Program at Saint Mary’s College of California is a comprehensive leadership opportunity under the Office of Residential Experience. Resident Advisors (RAs) are part of the residential staff living within the residence halls to build and maintain community. RAs work collaboratively with other departments and offices on campus to support residents and foster an inclusive atmosphere that promotes learning beyond the classroom.
The application and interview process for 2024-2025 Resident Advisors is now closed.
The process for the 2025-2026 academic year will open in February 2025.
