Resident Advisor Program

The Resident Advisor Program at Saint Mary’s College of California is a comprehensive leadership opportunity under the Office of Residential Experience. Resident Advisors (RAs) are part of the residential staff living within the residence halls to build and maintain community. RAs work collaboratively with other departments and offices on campus to support residents and foster an inclusive atmosphere that promotes learning beyond the classroom. 

The 2026-2027 Resident Advisor application is now closed. Applications for the 2027-2028 academic year will open in February 2027.
