Residence Hall Association

Founded in 2006, the Residence Hall Association is comprised of residential students who strive to make our residence halls feel like home

The Residence Hall Association (RHA) at Saint Mary’s College is a student-run organization advised by the Office of Residential Experience to serve on-campus residents. RHA exists to:

  • Provide residential students with educational, social, cultural, and recreational programming and outreach.
  • Collaborate with on- and off- campus resources to provide support, outreach and programming initiatives to students during their residence on campus and in the residential buildings.
  • Serve as a liaison between residential students and college administration about the experience living on campus.
  • Encourage the residents of each area on campus to voice residential concerns, advocate for initiatives and implement community building strategies that enhance the residential experience through facilitating Town Hall meetings.

Through creative programming and intentional collaboration with the Office of Residential Experience, the Residence Hall Association provides community through advocacy and programs to SMC residents.

Make sure to check out our bulletin board outside Student Involvement and Leadership for up to date information on all of our events and follow us on Instagram at @smc_rha!
