Across California, graduates of the Kalmanovitz School of Education are leading change with a degree from one of the most highly-respected master's programs in the state. We offer advanced degree programs in counseling, leadership, teacher education, and educational leadership. We also offer an approach that works with you, and for you. Through peer-support networks, engaged and expert faculty, and flexible classes, we create an opportunity for ongoing learning that inspires and enables possibility. Master of Arts in Educational Administration
For Preliminary Administrative Services Credential graduates who would like to continue to hone their skills by conducting a real-world action research project

Master of Arts in Leadership
For those in any career field seeking to develop their capacity and ability to work with complex challenges within their organization or community.

Master of Arts in Counseling
For people who aspire to work in K–12 schools, colleges, family service agencies, and private practices. Our counseling specializations are designed to support motivated professionals to pursue placement where counselors are in demand.

Master of Arts in Teaching
Offers you the opportunity to enhance your knowledge of student learning, as well as to deepen your understanding of contemporary issues in education. Our inquiry-based program is open to elementary, secondary, and special education teachers who have earned a California teaching credential or are qualified to teach in California.

Master of Arts in Teaching Leadership
For teachers to build capacities to lead change at their schools, in support of more equitable outcomes for their students. Learners in this program develop capacities for collaboration, facilitation, reflection, and data driven dialogue, while engaged in an action research project exploring their own classroom or school challenges. Master of Education in Special Education
For teachers who already understand the challenges and rewards of serving students with special needs. If you would like to build upon your Saint Mary’s Education Specialist (Special Education) credential, the Master of Education in Special Education offers you the opportunity for further and more intensive learning in the field, including carrying-out an original research study.
