Residential Staff Opportunities

Resident Directors play a crucial role in supporting the academic, personal, and social development of our residential students. This live-in position requires a strong commitment to Saint Mary’s College’s Catholic, Lasallian, and Liberal Arts traditions, as well as the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.

Due to unexpected vacancies, a small number of positions are now available for the Resident Director position. The application (found below) will close on December 12, 2025. Successful candidates will be expected to begin in early January 2026. The position requires 20+ hours of commitment per week.

Once submitted, eligible candidates will be contacted for a virtual interview. Due to high demand and limited positions, not all candidates will be contacted for interviews. Successful candidates will be offered the position prior to the College's holiday closure. All apartments come unfurnished.
